I find it very difficult to extrapolate from the very few elements we gathered here and there indeed as the output can double or be divided by 2 because of a few details.
I would say that it would take 2 weeks to make a successful dial (from your info) and that it doesn't count all the others that weren't satisfying enough. But it could also be an average.
It seems that the output of work reaching green light standards is around 10% (the cooking process leads to a lot of problem considering enameling from what I understand).
48 weeks per artisan would mean 25 dials, hence 50 per year (all references included)?
That would be coherent with the overall 150 to 250 per gold type we talked about in the past.
