I guess the micro rotor of the cal 240 makes it possible to have a slim sleek and sexy watch with complications. Thought of sharing a side by side of 2 watches that are tops as to my humble collection.

2 very different watches...
different looks, different complications, and yet the same caliber (base) ! looking at your pictures of the calibers, don't you hate how the Nautilus bracelet prevents you from taking a straight shoot? Best, --DMS

For two different watches, OR you collect watches which share the same movement. When it comes to a brand such as Patek, I am in the first camp. One watch, one movement. BUT why not building a theme around the same movement? You will have an issue... The ...

PP perpetual calendars are surely among the most sought after for many good reasons. Moreover since the well known 3940 there has been several new versions thus offering variety in dial design (and price level) if not going for a new one from an AD.

If I had the chance to choose only two PP among the entire collection, it would probably be these two timepieces (or may be an annual / perpetual calendar instead of the WT but not sure).
