And to enjoy some of my other watches. 5 months! 5 months wearing the same watch was a real pleasure. An unknown pleasure till now, since I never wore the same watch for so long. When I bought my 1858 Tachymeter, I wore it for 5 weeks, which was something...  

And that is why I have to congratulate all of you.

...so it is surely not all about the Watch only ; I must be weak, and you must be strong ! LOL Congrats Nico but I think you take the right decision to now give it a rest and bring your other beauties back to life ! They also deserve some wrist time ! Bes... 

But totally understandable as this MB is ta true beauty, technically a top notch piece and very versatile watch.

A real temptation.

It is certainly time for those other great pieces to see the light of day. 5 months, though. Quite an achievement, no matter how much one loves a watch.

I have kept the 7200R on my wrist with minimal competition from my one or two watch collection. You on the other hand have resisted the temptation to give any wrist time to your other beauties (especially the 5110P!!) for most of this year. I salute you

But on the other hand I am happy for you that you can fully enjoy your rich choice of alternatives again. Now that you left I would not be surprised to see the remaining four to call it quits too. And thanks for sharing your impressions of and your enthus... 

But it will wait patiently for the right occasion. Not an everyday watch in my small stable.

... an outstanding piece of horology on your wrist I view this test as sometging I could never fulfill. I agree with you that only wearing a watch for a continuous period of time is the only way to get to know it thoroughly, but in any case I find your fe... 

... both with a new purchase I had been dreaming for long, or during a vacation trip. But one thing is two or three weeks with just one watch and another a month, not to mention FIVE months!! Lol! Once again: I admire this feat you share with four other b... 

I looked forward to this post from you, as we know you had serious contenders to choose from. Bravo for selecting the Montblanc. I'm in the fence about what to do with mine. Due back the end of July. First, I must confirm all is in proper order. Sad I am ...

Really love your pictures and have to say I bow before your determination to stick with one watch for five months - must be special indeed that you managed it And something tells me we will continue to see it often, even if you will not be wearing it ever...

I have a couple of new watches which should full my box this year. Arff. I tried it in Paris, it fits me very well
