Friends, On of the more elegant watches from the late 1950s. Crosshair dial, automatic, date - super modern at this point in time! The Jaeger-LeCoultre ref E 329 on the wooden beam. Elegant but with a quirk - odd dates in white, even dates in black! Mirro...

Just thought I'd gratuitously post before and after pics side by side (sorry for the bad quality) to show my watch guys skill. Dials are notoriously hard to clean without damaging them..In my experience however localised rust spots and melted rubber watch...
