There are not so many manual winding chronometers, nowadays, and since the... What? 50's? I am always happy to see one. Especially when it is as nice and well made as the G.O Chronometer, with its marine chronometer look. Huge congratulations, Like. I hop...

I also enjoyed the rest of the post about the old salt advertisements. Here in the U.K. in my youth we had an advertisement for a product called Sifta Salt which featured a character called "Sifta Sam". Kids used to collect badges and figures. Happy memor...

The GO Senator Chronometer is surely hard to resist. I was lucky to acquire one when first released, enjoyed it for a number of years and parted with it to make room for another. The only watch that I truly regret letting go. I am sure it will bring you m...
