Huge congrats on the process to get this one. And you obviously got a tremendous deal. If Chopard hired me onto their corporate team, this would be an area I would work on. There is no reason these watches should not hold a better value. There are things ... 

how small a production run it is per year, how many masters they have painting them (i.e. One guy) and when production will stop. Cheers, Gordon

This piece is 39/40mm. Not too big for me and I have a slim wrist. Each piece of the jungle dials are individually painted by the master, hence each is unique. I have no idea how many jungles are out there and but perhaps MTF who is he moderator for chopa... 

I do not want to steal your thunder as I think one Tarzan is more than enough! I will be retiring shortly so I shall leave being Tarzan to you young and diligent people!

Chopard friends, In 2010, Chopard introduced the L.U.C XP Urushi Land-Air-Water Collection. It was not a limited edition but a special edition. Production is according to demand because each one is handmade. On average, maybe 25 pieces of dial may be pain...

Both the watch AND your writeup. The passion oozes out! I love that. I have seen many Urushi Chopard pieces (well, 4 of them) and this one is easily one of the best given the "complexity" of the scene in display. A true work of art. Enjoy and I hope this ...
