Yep, comes with all three choices.
I so far tried the metal bracelet - nothing too special, and I did not like the way they implementrd the screwed pins on the bracelet links - you need to use two screwedrivers at the same time and this is a less convenient system vs the usual screwed pins. The strap quick change system on the case of the watch works well though. The rubber strap is very comfortable and I think it works best for the watch.

These are not certified chronometers, but Zenith appear to be regulating their El Primero movements very well. This one is doing consistent +3 sec per day.

My wrist is about 17.5cm and the watch sits very well. Its not too large and also has very short lugs (integrated design)
