I know your post was intended as 'tongue in check' but it's really surprising to see such an offensive and arguably racism comment from a senior Purists figure. Birmingham is the UK's second city so why wouldn't there be plenty of watch fans???!!!!

maximus, Thank you for recognising my tongue-in-cheek comments were self-depreciating. I learnt British dry humour does not translate online. It was a reflection of my poverty at that time; only able to afford cheap accommodation in a red light district. ...
