Overlapping Subdials!
It's nice to see some homage Zenith pieces (for Zenith's sake, really) and I expect the Type 20 Pilots will receive similar attention too, if it hasn't already.
The use of overlapping subdials is a questionable decision on the genuine article, but on the homage piece it is even worse! That small pointer date is useless between the 18th and 23rd of every month. I'm guessing the manufacturer won't care too much either way.

... of putting "Zenith" on the dial, even if the inspiration is obvious to us. Perhaps there is a chance that someone who starts with this cheap Oxygen watch will move on to the better Zenith product. I wonder what movement is inside these? Andrew
It's not a bad thing when your design becomes the inspiration of others.
So long as these lookalikes use their own brand name rather than "ZENITH" on the dial, I can look at them in a positive way, as you suggest.

As long as they are not trying to sell watches as real Zeniths and they are putting their own brand name on it I don't see a problem with it. Not everyone can afford the real deal and if they like the design this may be the way to enjoy it. I would not th...

Slightly different than a no name brand using the design for their own benefit... a rolex customization company paid a nice homage to Zenith with these dial versions of the Daytona. Thought it was quite interesting and made them quite attractive... ...
