I would definitely give a second thought for the 45mm pilot!
these watches don’t wear as large as other 45mm Watches. That being said 45mm wears like a 43mm. So if you decide to go for a 40mm it will look too small on you and you will definitely regret it.
I currently own a 45mm type 20 Bronze, 48mm GMT and several IWC big pilots. The 48mm looks and wears exactly as a 46mm big pilot whereas the 45 wears smaller than a 45mm panerai radiomir.
Now between all the watches you’ve listed I would go for the Bronze CP2 in a heartbeat. Stunning watch all around.
