I can't remember ever seeing a salmon dial
I guess you are talking about the full calendar Chronomaster? Other makes have used the movement in the past and have varied the dial colour. I have a Dunhill version with an enamel like white dial which is very nice.
(always liked the look of the Daniel Roth Yellow dial with the El Primero in it)
