The two watches presented on occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Cuban cigar manufactory Cohiba consists of the 2 Pilot Type 20 pieces, an Extra Special Cohiba Maduro 5 Edition in a 45mm 18-carat rose gold case (50 pieces) and a Chronograph Cohiba Mad...  

but I don’t understand the relation between Cohiba and a Pilot Watch! That’s very weird imo. On top of that the Cohiba name on the dial is also out of place.

I know that a Pilots watch is rarely made of gold although naval watches are for saltwater resistance. Surprisingly, the gold version here is quite pretty and a good match for the dial. I can see cigar aficionados going for it. Regards, MTF
