The seller, from Neuchatel, said they were all vintage used dials with normal wear. Take a look at the outrageously poor quality of this rather fresh-looking reprint......  

I feel we vintage V&C fans need to take more responsibility for cleaning-up some of the junk in the maketplace, hence my motivation for these frequent fleabay alerts. Another aspect of this campaign is communicating with sellers when they have a quest... 

Hello Dean, How are you ? I know that seller and I bought some nice vintage pieces from him. I noticed the "swiss made" or "fab. en suisse" were missing on some of the V&C dials. Are you sure those dials are fakes ? Don't you think they might be replaceme... 

I use the term "fake" when someone describes a V&C part as original when its not. If a replacement dial from a secondary supplier is disclosed, and the buyer is informed the part is not authentic or original, I don't consider it an attempt to sell a "fake... 

I was not thinking of contemporary replacements but old ones. Best regards, Berny
