It has a cal.1014, a quite thin hand-winding movement (h21 x d3 mm), with aux second or without it, which is evolved from a little bit thinner cal.1001 (d20.8 x h2.94 mm), and based on JLC 818. The same movement (cal.1014) was used in Les Historiques series at 90's, with different case and lugs.
Regarding its simple, but elegante, case shape and dial style, I find it as the precursor of the current Patrimony Grande Taille, released on SIHH 2004, although the later has an in-house VC movement cal.1400.
