Need to help on vintage watch

 

It looks very similar to this watch (link below), except the face on mine is much thinner...one of the slimmest watches I have ever seen.

It came in its orginal box, but few documents.

It also came with a medallion that says Movement # 526581 (have no idea what this is).

The only other document that I have appears to be an orginal certificate of authenticity. One section reads exactly as follows:

"Nous certifions la montre N" 348752 boite en or 18kt jaune, modele 96115 cadran relief or

Mouvement N '526581 17 rubis, a "ete' construite dans nos ateliers et a subi les epreuves de reglage thermique et dans les differentes positions....."

Any help on its possible value or where to go to get it appraised would be appreciated.
