How old do you suspect your watch is? On some older Vacharon's the movements are only marked under the dial with V & C and a number. Sometimes these watches however were not actually finished by V & C. In some of the 1880's Vacheron was the largest producer of ebauches (raw movements). So it could be that each component of your watch was produced by V & C while not actually sold by them.
