I was interesting in obtaining an older piece, the LE electric blue. I wanted to know how the bezel is constructed and finished. I have been unable to read anything from UN. I thought that this piece had a guilloche base and enamel finish, with the arabic numerals being applied on top. I asking because I ran across a nice condition used piece and three of the zeroes on the bezel had an internal finish in white versus the electric blue, which I thought was a manufacturing defect. Do all of the UN bezels start as white enamel and then just painted for the various versions? Your inputs are appreciated.

All of the fine posts by other purists let me catch the defect before buying. If the blue bezel is lacquer and not enamel then that answers how the bezel is missing the blue inside the 20,30,40 of the zero while the 50 is correct. The seller had the insid...
