Any opinions about this watch?; From my end this was watch that has slowly but surely made it on my "consideration list". First time I saw it, I thought interesting, over time change to "I think I like it"; and now " Mmmm" Any how, the good and bad are w...  

I suppose it dépends on everyone's tastes. But one thing is sure, you will have a friendly complication, designed in an original way. Very Ulysse Nardin, even if it is not my favourite, but, once again, it is a totally subjective opinion. Best, Nicolas

Question, is there any UN that you would consider "not trendy" or "less trendy"?

you are saying stay with the blue ones: blue El Toro, blue Divers like the Blue Sea. And of course: the Freak, Marine Chronometers, GMT perpetual and Classico line. Right?

I think it's been replaced with the Streamline that has a black bezel.

asking is because my UN AD owns it, and he is selling it. He had it for 5 years and he offer me a very good price and he also said that he can send it to Service to UN before selling it to me. So now, I am in little bit of a pickle

Round, square, whatever is the case, it is always an extraordinary Watch. In this case, it all dépends to you. I much prefer the round case, but ths is my personal taste. Don't think too much on the price, or the deal you could make. Rather think " Does ...

That the only watch from UN that makes sense to my collection is "El a Toro " blue or black But I would consider the other 2 perpetuals : GMT and quadrato
