Ulysse Nardin

I was told that this is place to come for really knowledgable help about determining if this watch is real. I hope someone can help because what I know about watches is zero. 

I live in a large condo complex in Boston and it's fairly upscale. Probably most of the people here are rich foreigners, mostly from China, who move in for a year or four, buy everything new when they come in and pitch everything on the way out. Most are attending Harvard Medical School, which is a short walk away. They often throw away pretty great stuff, $250 bottles of unopened scotch, $3K computers that are only a year old, and lots of designer duds. Well, we just went through a move out season and one of my goodies is the following watch. Some of the designer stuff that they've pitched over the years turns out to be fake, but probably half or more of it is real. I haven't gotten my hopes up about the watch but I figured that I'd ask. This would be one of the more extreme throw outs. Could I just take this to a jeweler and have them price it? I'd definately want to sell it because I'm not really into status goods. Anyway, here are some pics. Any help is appreciated.
