there must be different versions of Ulysee Nardin Maxi Skeleton...   
and I found a version with slightly varied dial (& movement) design here ...

Bought this new from UN back in 2008. There have been a number of iterations of Maxi Skeleton throughout its production period. The engraving skills I would say are very close to your picture shown above. It is quite difficult to take good quality photos ...

but I would say, just by listening to the ticking, it's likely beating at 2.5 Hz which's in sync with my other timepieces with known vph.
