It's a Valjoux 72...

UN advised me that it was a Valjoux 72 made in 1966. UN took the movement and added the exceptional finishing. If you look at a Rolex Daytona of the same vintage with the same V72 movement, the finishing is nowhere near as elaborate as the UN.

I love the look of these '70ies Chronos! This U.N is a spuerb example, indeed. Would love to see more and ( sorry for that ) better pics of the movement. Are there perlages as it seems to be on your pics? Best, and thanks for this post! Nicolas

Hello Nicolas...there is extensive perlage finishing to all of the gold portions of the movement including the base plates. Sorry for the quality of the pics, I can't seem to get my camera to focus very finely even in the macro mode. I'll try again and se...
