A visit to Hakushu Distillery part 1
About 7 years ago, I had the opportunity to visit Yamazaki distillery and you can see the post here-

In 2025, it’s time to visit another Suntory distillery to check off another bucket list item.

The distillery is nestled in the southern Alps and know as The Forest Distillery" due to its stunning, high-altitude location and reliance on natural spring water for its whisky production, offering tours and tastings.
It was closed in end 2022 for renovation and fully opened in Sept 2024.
