Spam, anyone eat this stuff? Here's an delicious Spam creation a spin on the classic Hawaiian dish, a Panko crusted deep fried Spam Musubi: Regards, ED-209...  

Not a huge fan of Spam but whenever I go to Hawaii it's a must have dish! I always get a regular spam musubi but never had a panko crusted version however it does sound ( and looks) great. Mahalo ED-209! -MW

Have you ever been to Spam Jam Street Festival in Honolulu? It usually occurs around late April and they close Kalakaua Ave and have a really cool street party with all things spam. Regards, ED-209

I have been known to buy an entire 2KG pack from the supermarket sliced wafer thin which doesn't last long..!! Then I'll have tins of it in the cupboard for sandwich's or with chips. Yum yum....this looks interesting though :) Yours, Andy.

That fried rice is Hawaiian style! If you ever go to Honolulu, check out the restaurant called Side Street Inn. They make an excellent one. -MW
