Was there last fall...
Given the general weakess in KRW post pandemic, a lot of great deals on luxury goods when I was there, especially if you're travelling from the US. There's a huge mall called The Hyundai that's worth checking out, as well as the major duty free stores (Lotte, Shilla). In terms of food, all major dept stores have great food courts and you can't go wrong with them. If you're into history/culture, would check out some of the old palaces. If you have enough time, would highly recommend visiting Jeju island, which is a quick flight from Seoul.

Hah, I'm in Seoul now, fist time since COVID!
Food is still excellent, coffee has gotten better, stores don't stay open quite as late as they used to, masking is still in effect for public transport.
FYI, all the food is awesome
