I would add- don't screw down the crown too tightly

It would be better not to put tension on the stem and movement.
Mine goes one full turn, perhaps a bit more before it stops.
You could try turning your crown until it stops, then back just a tiny bit.

I think I may well have caused this problem through overtightening the crown. Originally the watch was running fine.
