How did you like it

Star Wars was a no-brainer enjoyable film for me, but this one was slightly less clear cut. It was good, and I'm glad I watched it, but I guess at times it felt a little affected with Tarantino laddling on the kitsch a little heavyhandedly.
Still, it is so great to see Kurt Russell back on form. I enjoyed him in Bone Tomahawk as well.

The only love letter I ever sent to a movie star was when I was, a tween. It was addressed to my heart throb, Kirt Russell. Alas, he never responded : ( That's alright, I will always remember him as my first love. If only I kept a copy of that sweet lette...

Overboard has to be Kirt Russell's best movie, hands down. He plays the justified villain in this one. Helen

Looks interesting

When I first looked at the picture you posted, I wondered whether it was Jeff Bridges or Kurt Russell. Adore them both and would probably pay good money to simply watch of movie comprised of them sitting in a room across from one another glowering and dis...

I thought Kurt Russell's performance was very good but the movie itself was just ok. Have you seen Sicario? I thought that was pretty good. -MW

And have mixed feelings, too. The acting was generally good as was the basic idea. It took its sweet time to get going, though and somehow if you have seen any previous Tarantino movies, how it ends is no surprise. So OK rather than great, even if it has ...
