He shouldn't be able to, but he can. Cats are amazing. He protects us from gophers (they do have big teeth) from angry lizards mice Dungeness crabs watch obsessions dangerous grasses and insomnia. Cheers, Cazalea & Tiger ...

no, he lives in the netherland, no special permit needed, only thing is they come

Are they trainable? It'd be interesting to have these cats but not if they go crazy and tear up the neighborhood LOL -MW
