Seiko

My first Seiko mod (or mod of any brand). Started with an SRPE93 Turtle (previous equivalent version was the SRP777). Added/swapped in the following:

- SKX173 dial

- SKX173 lollipop seconds hand

- sapphire crystal 

- 12-hour steel bezel insert

I call it my SRP173. Surprisingly wearable and comfortable on my 6.25” wrists due the cushion case shape and relatively short lug-to-lug length. I use the bezel to track time in my home country (thankful for 120 clicks instead of 60). This will be/is my weekend/travel/outdoor activities/causal piece in my current three watch collection. It’s on a very nice Crown&Buckle Matte Supreme NATO (space blue). I am thinking about getting an Ericka’s Original Mirage and Royal Blue strap to pair with it in future.
