Rolex

It seems that most people prefer stainless steel to other gold metal. Is there any reason for this phenomenon? The white gold version is however very appealing to me. I appreciate to have your advice.

and he told me it was absolutely the $$ factor. I myself own the WG version and wouldn't and would NEVER have never considered the SS version. I know this comes down to personal taste but IMO , wearing any Rolex watch in SS feels like i am wearing a toy.
