Found a NOS Rolex AirKing complete set unworn with blue dial . Circa 1999 and now it’s growing in me . Is it the modern classic look or what ?

I'd have bought it and used in my rotation more often. A good catch indeed.
At the right price I would buy becaue it is timeless, understated and is as much for today as it was but . . .
. . where has it been stored? It looks as if the bracelet was stored separately (wrapped) and recently attached. The watch looks as if it was once in a smelly flood and then stored afterwards! It likely needs a service, even if just to renew the seals?
