I thought that the text engraved on the rotor
( « C'est une montre actuelle, inspirée mais pas soumise au passé qui se projette dans un futur qui nous appartient. » ) was a new feature made for the recent La Placide, but obvisouly it's not! Do you know when they started engraving this text on the rot...
I can only guess but this model seems
to have appeared already in 2006 so this dates back quite some time. As with today’s revival they spoke of old movements refurbished it must date back some time.
