Edit: I just noticed the Observatory tested the piece but it appears this test is the COSC style test not the Observatory Chronometer test (which is a completely different, and longer test with stricter limits) therefore I'll say that if you like the piece to add it to your collection but to make sure that you are adding it for the right reasons (assuming it is a legitimate Roger Dubuis (I can't speak to the authenticity of the piece as I don't collect this companies watches).  If this is an Observatory Chronometer, then it is a must add to the collection, a grail piece so to speak. If this is a COSC style test then only add it because you love the style of this piece not because of the Observatory link.

Just found a Roger Dubuis for sale here in Brazil! The watch has an enamel dial, very similar to the Condottieri, unfortunately the movement is a regular RD57 (Lemania Base). The watch has a central seconds instead of the small seconds and it has Breguet ...
