RM5

Hi everyone,

I wonder anyone has this problem. I have sent my RM 5 for servicing and it stopped 2 days after collecting and wearing it. What a disappointment. I was told there is something wrong with the oscillating mechanism. Then now less a month, it stopped again and have to be sent back for checking and correction. This is worst than my seiko watch. This is getting a bit ridiculous sad.  Anyone has the same experience?  this is getting frustrating and now I am not sure how long I can enjoy my watch before it is comatose and have to be sent to the service centre for  revivial. If Mr Richard reads this (I am sure he has better things to do), please let me know what to do? If I keep on going back to the service centre and having this problem, is it possible to change the whole mechanism or what?

Anyone who can give me enlightenment would be most welcome.

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. When I sent my RM10 for servicing due to crown dislodgement. The servicing centre in Singapore did a relatively good job. Although lots of area can be improved. Till now its running fine. Regards Peiliang

Unfortunately, I have to say I had exactly the same problem (3times) - this was really frustrating, everybody surely understands. In the end I sold it at a high loss... On the other hand I miss my RM005 since the day I sold it....and I visit the Richard M...

I guess if this hits 3 x I would probably sell it and hopefully not too big a loss. Anyway, just like previous girlfriend, you miss then let go. I will probably get a rolex daytona gold and it sure runs well and forgets about the RM brand unless they are ...
