For the price of these watches I have to question what's happening there.... A bit disappointing to hear...

again i had some problems my bnib rm, hope to have it back very soon....

on rm11 deployant broke on the first week, got a replacement a couple of weeks later and all good since then. on rm28 date stopped working in the first week, looks like date wheel came loose. now back with rm and hope to have it back in less then a month....

magnificent watches. sorry to read of your issues. looks like RM is addressing the situation and returning the watch back to you in 100% working condition.
