Duller finish on PT vs. WG?
First off, BIG congrats on what I feel is THE most awesome chrono on the market! I hope to handle one in the metal one day...
Regarding the finish, I'm a bit curious... I thought PT shines more than WG. I've compared two Cartier Love rings side-by-side, PT and WG. And the PT outshines the WG noticeably. Then again, the "finish" on both rings are not matte but polished. I assume the finish on the PT case is (mostly) matte; then the WG version should receive the same type finish. And the PT still appear "duller" or less shiny? Perhaps RM uses a different "grade" of PT and/or WG?

I think it is much nicer than WG in my opinion.
The metal has a duller finish, meaning it looks more like Ti. I will certainly take many more photos and post them this weekend.
The RM04 is my favorite RM of all. IMHO it is the ONLY relevant RM.
because so much of the emphasis of RM is on "tech" and on "race machine", the tourbillons are out, since it can't be..it's like having carburettors on today's Mclarens..romantic and cool..but err..not tech. Congrats on the RM04. man..many people want to b...
