Usually legibility is poor on diamond-set dials on watches
...but the Piaget Emperador Coussin Perpetual Calendar Full-set watch can still be read clearly.
This is because of the two large retrograde displays.
What is more notable is Piaget added more features like dual time zone and power reserve but maintained dial legibility.
