Some concern...

I am checking records because of concern with 4 or 5 points seen (or not seen) in those photos.  I won't list all of them for security reasons.

The most obvious is the peek-a-boo window at the back to see the balance wheel. Who knows what was going on in the watch world in 1994 but soon afterwards, some low-end brands started having such peeking windows and cut-out dials as 'unique selling points'. I am surprised that a Calvinistic company like PIAGET would have such a window.  Unless it was a special order for the watch crazy Italians.....hmmm.

As you said, the photos are taken from an Italian auction site and is not of your actual watch.  That could be the saving grace and you have a real PIAGET.....maybe.

Give me a week or so to confirm if these photos are of a real PIAGET watch.

Of course, that only tells you about these photos.  If you could post photos of your own watch so we could see the qualiy of the dial and caseback, it would help.
