I think that with a 40mm case, it would be a beauty!
Honestly, even if the 43mm are ok on my wrist, a 40mm case would be more suitable! I had the feeling that the Altiplano Ultra-Thin Skeleton brought the proof that Piaget was expecting. So, as we are sure that a smaller case combines perfectly with the 1200/1208 movements... I will be very happy to see Piaget take the decision to house the micro-rotor movement in a 40mm case.

Your pictures do a great job of highlighting one of the points you touched upon in your report -- the wide variety of case shapes and looks offered by Piaget. There is a unifying thread in design that is easily spotted in the decoration of their movements...

Despite the broad range of styles and complications, Piaget managed to create a kind of "signature" which can be felt on each watch. Thanks! Fx
