Shirataki Sake Brewery in Yuzawa, Niigata... These are full bottles of Jozen Mizunogotoshi: Junmai-Ginjo Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture is famous for being the location of the novel "雪国" (Snow Country - 1948) by 川端 康成 (Yasunari Kawabata 1899–1972)... the firs...
