The official Patek warranty period covers grey market watches too. By definition a grey market watch is a pre-owned watch and the Patek warranty is transferable from the first owner to subsequent owners.

You can always bring it to Patek for servicing. Besides they don't know where you bought it (grey market or AD) Grey market will be without warranty but they will fix it, only you'll pay for it. If it needs to be serviced I would send it to Patek and not ...
