Patek Philippe

Yes, the lug width is 17 mm (14 mm buckle) and the bars are screwed.

So, not easy to change the strap by yourself: I've done it only once with a lot of sweat and decided I would always let Patek do the job in the future.

I'm personally in love with this watch, which offers many details you don't find elsewhere: incredible guilloghé dial and blackened pear hands, fabulous welded lugs (one of the details I like the most), shaped caliber which lets you see the crow wheel and ratchet wheel turn when you wind the watch (the crown is small and this is my only “criticism” because it isn't very easy to grip, but aesthetically the size makes a lot of sense).

The oval feeling of time (check here) is also something I deeply love.

And of course the Geneva Seal and diamond between the lugs are the cherries on top of the P version.

Best, Emmanuel
