Winding a Lemania 2320 based Patek Chronograph
What does Patek recommend about winding a Lemania 2320 based PP chrono movements (like in in 5970, 5070, 3970, etc):
(1) wind "up" only until fully wound.
(2) wind "up" only until fully wound and at then wind "down" 3-5 times.
(3) wind in "up-down" cycles always until fully wound.
What would be the reason for (2) or (3) ?
