Why do you believe it is a Patek Philippe?

 

I can't see any indication of it being a Patek.

I have inherited a Patek Philippe gold pocket watch from my father, I don’t know anything about it, but the serial # is 30367. Can anyone tell me anything about it? Thanks Bick...
