Very interesting post, and without taking position let me say you have two superb Aquanaut references here (I'm assuming, by the 42mm size, that the green is the 5168G rather than the 5167A LE). That 5968 on the orange strap is a real gem! ;-) Cheers.

This will be controversial to some…

But I personally find the Aquanuats to be more wearable and visually appealing than a Nautilus. Having owned both, I just prefer the size of the Aquanuat and the 42mm size. The Nautilus and the 40 mm size is for my wrist and preference is just too small. ...

I prefer the Aquanaut design...

...it looks more like a tool watch to me. My exception is the Nautilus perpetual...that's a beauty. Too bad it's not steel...

Correct. Both the 42mm version.

Blue, white gold 5968 on order to round out the trio.

Thank you!

Unfortunately it won’t be till next year. Between building a nee house, the 5270, and a few new cars incoming, my budget is absolutely shot! Lol

IMHO both Aquanaut and Nautilus

I disagree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.

I completely agree….

However I have not been able to try a nautilus on. I absolutely love my 5167a tho!
