Two very different watches.
The VC is larger, more complicated and has an original night/day display. The city of reference is located at 6 o'clock which can be a bit disturbing. Its busy dial can provoke very opposite feelings: you hate it or you love it.
The Patek is more simple, more readable and features maybe one of the most beautiful pairs of hands of the industry... I regret that Patek hasn't updated the cities ring since Venezuela changed its timezone.
It is obviously very difficult to chosse between as each one has its own qualities.
But at the end, maybe I would choose the Patek for its overall elegancy and its micro-rotor caliber... with a very shy lead.

I would go on the 5130.
Because it is, IN MY OPINION, much more elegant than the VC WT. But the VC is more spohisticated, mechanically speaking. So, would you rate the functionality over the aesthetics? Best, Nicolas.

VC WT for me
Technically more competent, even accounts for those cities with half hour difference. Look really good too. I PERSONALLY prefer it over the 5130, buts thts just me. Best, Horo
