To me, the simple answer is NO...
To my knowledge, I don't think there is any PP caliber that has the "hack second" feature. I think they believe that this kind of mechanism do more harms than benefits to the movement....
Again, to my knowledge, this kind of mechanism usually uses a metal strip to "touch" / stop the rotating balance wheel to make the second hand stops. It is kind of like stopping a fast running bike.... Yike... it hurts...
However.... your question really let me think more than it appears...... especially you are asking right before the Basel..... Is it a "teaser" for any upcoming new device in a new PP caliber that can stop the second but do no harm to the balance wheel? Hmm.... or I think too much ;-)
