It is well known that Patek started to make 'larger' watches only recently and 33-35 mm was their bread and butter for many years. Sometimes (not sure when exactly - I guess it will depend a lot on my luck while searching) - I would like to own Patek that...

I think the ref. 3429 may meet your chronological requirements. I think it may be only about 35mm, but because of the way it is designed a 35mm 3429 looks larger than a 36mm Rolex. There were larger watches made with the 12-600 movement (e.g., ref. 2526),...

Thank you for your opinion and advice. I do realize that to "date" PP watches is not as straight forward as let's say Rolex (not to say that it is 'straight forward' - but for sure easier). If the Archive papers stated either date of manufacturing or date...
