The slimmest calibre
for Patek Philippe on a manual wind watch is the calibre 177 which can be found in the discontinued 3520D and also a ref which I love in rose gold at 32mm with Breguet hands and numerals. Sorry I cannot recall the reference. The slimmest automatic Patek is of course the widely regarded 240 which is you can find in the 5120, 7200 in its basic form ie two hands, no second hand.

the 3820R and 3849R also have the 177 ultra slim manual movement. The 3820 was produced in yellow gold in the late 80s and I believe both watches in rose gold were discontinued at the end of the 90s or soon after. The 3820R measured 32mm while the 3849R w...
