extra pictures and among others, found this. During the last months I have been mostly wearing chronographs like 5780/1A, 5960/1A and lately 5905P. Next week I will again have some business travel and it's high time to try again how 5550P feels like. Nice...  

I got this year too many nice watches and I have only one left wrist. But I hope that next year I'll get max. four new ones and will have time wearing the acquisitions of 2015. Hoping for better times... Best, Kari

and I love joking. No reasons to be sorry. Former Mr. Hayek was a most respectable person and I understand that he was carrying many watches on both wrists. At the same time a simple Finn whose grandparents were still living in trees, must just wear a sin... 

I remember that picture you took just after you bought it. I awsn't a fan of brushed dials and of different gold color combincations. However, the more I see those pieces (I handled the 5235 with its brushed dial lately) and this fantastic picture I reall... 

5550P has much more charm that the first sight would suggest. It is so "different, old-fashioned and non-standard". Best, Kari

The black one looks gorgeous as it makes the gold hands and markers stand out a lot, so does the brushed dial. But we can also add a middle grey or even a darker grey which would make a very beautiful combination imho. I would even choose a nubuck leather... 

At the moment the watch strap is shiny, a bit reddish dark brown. And naturally, I have also a grey in my watch file for future usage. I always order from Patek at least three bespoke straps when ordering the watch. Best, Kari

I got it from an AD. I try to avoid (=don't) buying 2nd hand modern watches. Best, Kari
