THough i like 5396, but because i have such a small wrist, if only patek can make 5396 with a curvy case, with a more snuggling lugs, i probably would like it more. My only view ..

Taking into account that all dial indicators of 5396 are similar to 5125 ones, it is logical to implement classic "calatrava" style to mentioned model.
